Ultra pure water is mainly used in the semi conductor and pharmaceutical industry.

The production of ultra pure water demands a specialised way of working. 

A number of techniques are used amongst others; membrane filtration, ion exchangers, sub micron filters, ultra violette and ozone systems.

The produced water is extremely pure and contains no to very low concentration of salts, organic / pyrogene components, oxygen, suspended solids and bacteria.

Because of the continuing miniaturilisation in the semi conductor industry, the specifications become more strict every year.
