BMS hs AC is a high-speed pump with an asynchronous motor. It is suitable for applications where a high flow and a high pressure is required. Therefore, BMS hs AC is ideal for water treatment plants, pressure boosting, nano filtration, high-pressure cleaning, and liquid transfer.

BMS hs AC pumps are available in five sizes: BMS hs 7, BMS hs 18, BMS hs 30, BMS hs 46 and BMS hs 60.
Depending on its size, the flow rate of a BMS hs AC pump ranges between 12 and 98 m3/h. BMS hs AC pumps can increase the system pressure up to 82.7 bar.

The pump is supplied with a built-in non-return valve, a service connector, an asynchronous high-speed motor, and 3-inch Victaulic couplings. The motor is protected by output filters against overvoltage and increased operating temperature. As a result, BMS hs AC is very reliable and durable. If maintenance or alignment is needed, BMS hs AC requires only three tools for dismantling, and the shaft seal and thrust bearing are easily accessible.

The stainless-steel pump housing ensures an excellent resistance against corrosive liquids. The overall design of the pump allows applications for different types of water, such as brackish water and sea water.

The enclosure class of the high-speed asynchronous motor is IP54. The motor power ranges from 30 to 180 kW. A space heater or an anti-condensation heater is available as an optional accessory. The motor is controlled by a frequency converter and protected by Pt100 sensors. The frequency converter is sold as a separate accessory and must be purchased along with the pump. We recommend a Grundfos CUE frequency converter; however, frequency converters from alternative suppliers can be used as well.
