Submersible pump for dewatering in mines, tunnels, quarries and construction sites with vertical discharge port and integrated submer- sible 1-phase totally enclosed motor in insulation class F (155°C).

The pump has a riser pipe, a cooling jacket for continuous cooling of the motor by the pumped liquid and long-life, deep-groove greased-for- life ball bearings.

The pump is fitted with a float switch for start/stop.

The shaft seal system is a box filled with grease and primary and secondary lip seals.

The impeller is fitted between rubber parts. A rubber-coated backplate above the impeller pro- tects the bottom of the oil chamber against wear. A rubber liner protects against wear inside the cooling jacket. When the diffuser becomes worn, it is easily adjusted against the impeller by means of the staybolts to maintain the high per- formance.

The pump is fitted with suction strainer, lifting handle and a 20 m mains cable.

The motor has thermal overload switches in the stator windings breaking at 130°C.
