PVA/PVAm blend FSC membrane for CO2-capture

(1) By the entanglement of PVAm chain with PVA chain frame, a mechanically PVA-like membrane was obtained with high concentration of the amino groups within the matrix, which functioned as fixed-sitecarrier (FSC) for CO2 transport. (2) The degree of swelling of the blend membrane can be adjusted by different cross-linking conditions. (3) Tests over 800 hours showed stable performance for the blend membrane.
