Claris water filter system are designed in details based on the quality and service requirements of modern Horeca. A milestone, new standard in the catering and vending world.
Claris Systems combine technology with sophisticated engineering.
A DuoBlend bypass valve in the filter can be individually adjusted according to the application of the steam production (Coffee - Espresso) or without steam (vending) / Combi steamer with boiler or combi steamer with direct injection, so the capacity and performance of the filter cartridges are maximized.
The concept of filter cartridge shows also a horizontal arrangement.

Everpure Claris provides 5 Steps of water filtration system:

Tap water contains, depending on regions, a variety of suspended and dissolved organic and inorganic substances.
Even under the best standards, drinking water contains elements that might pose difficulties to the equipments and the quality of the drinks and preparation for which they are used.
The Claris filter provides 5 steps to remove these problems and ensure a smooth operation.

Step1: PREFILTRATION
A filtration media at the entrance of the filter cartridge stops the coarse impurities such as sand and sediment.

Step2:CARBONATE HARDNESS ADJUSTEMENT
The ion–selective Claris filter media decreases the carbonate hardness, water hardness and mineral content in the water.
The filter material also removes heavy metals like lead, copper and cadmium.

Step3: FINE FILTRATION
Fine filtration by the filter media retains fine particles.

Step4: 5 MICRON PARTICLE FILTER MEMBRANE
A high performance carbon block filter removes organic compounds, odors and tastes of both chlorine –treated water and the bypass.
The filter material also removes heavy metals like lead, copper and cadmium.

Step5: HIGH EFFICENCY ACTIVATED CARBON ADSORBTION MEDIA
A high activated carbon absorption media at the filter outlet.
The 5 –steps system ensures that chlorine, organics and unpleasant tastes and odors are reduced efficiently, and the equipments is protected from scale deposits.

Operation:

Claris Filter can operate in vertical or horizontal position.
Change Claris cartridges at least once a year.
Change cartridge when capacity is reached
Water pressure at the filter inlet must not exceed 116 psi (8bar). If the inlet pressure exceeds 8 bar, a pressure reducer valve must be installed on the water supply side of the filter system.
