Snap Ring filter bags Polyester Needlefelt

Snap ring filters bags are manufactured from pure fibers needled together to form a 3 dimensional medium. Operating on the principle of depth filtration, the fibres form a path along which the process fluid must flow.

- The snap-ring material is carbon steel, zinc plated. Needle felt filter Bags which are sewn or welded. The below filter elements will fit into your existing filter housing.

Polyester Needlefelt filterbags can be operated at a maximum temperature of 190 degrees Celsius. - It is highly resistant to most alkalis and acid, organic solvents, degreasing agents and electrolytic attack. It is also resistant to aromatic, aliphatic and chlorinated solvents and UV. It is not resistant to strong acid solutions.
