Regenerative thermal post-combustion | |
| This is a combination of catalytic post-combustion with regenerative

| Beside systems with two or three ceramic fixed beds also other implementation forms are possibly. Two examples are a ceramic rotor and a moving bed. At a ceramic rotor turns a cylinder bed around its center. As that turns around the rotor he is alternatively warmed up and cooled down. At 'moving bed' recuperation the gas is sent upward through a bed of ceramic grains. The degasses in the bottom part are warmed up. In the middle of in the bed is itself to an open space with a support burner to ignite the gas. The smoke gases go further up in the bed and heat the bed above
