Dry Electro filter | |
| Fixed or liquid particles in gas flow are charged negative in an electric field cause by discharge electrodes. Under the influence of the electric field they are branched off afterwards from the gas flow. The separated particles can be captured with positive charged collecting electrodes or collectors. Removal of separated particles (fluid) takes place by the gravitation or, like at fixed dust, by periodically knocking or trembling the collecting electrodes, where amputation falls as slices or scraps of the collecting electrodes in a placed funnel, the so-called bunker. It is in theory possible to collect aerosols with dry electro filter on the collector magnet, at cleaning these, the funnel are not removed but remain in the air phase present because it will not sediment. For total dust disposal the efficiency is > 99 %. The disposal efficiency for a particle size ≤ 10 µm lie between 97 and 99% and for particles? 2.5 µm between 96 and 99 %. |
